Add a 'clear clips' to delete all clips in clipdiary.

Add a 'clear clips' to delete all clips in clipdiary, so that I don't have to press one hundred times!

Options -> Database -> Empty Database button or set 0 for automaticaly delete all clips when you close Clipdiary.
