Imagine you want to have 5 different types of letters that you send out to customers - you could assign all 5 of the clips to a group and then filter on the group, so that you can quickly access the text and images for each individual template

By using an external store like Google Drive and Dropbox, you could make this a universal store for personal and/or business needs.
